In Growth Sales at Flip.to, you will drive our future growth engine by building relationships with hotels, resorts, destinations and the wider travel industry while helping them to understand the value of the Flip.to platform.

We’re looking for our next passionate, self-motivated Account Executive, based out of our Maitland, FL office:

As a Growth Account Executive, you will:

Be part of a team:

  • Be a professional team-player, working as part of a collaborative environment

  • Spark conversations at a high-volume
  • Execute on needs for prospecting and demand generation, at high rates of success 
  • Be thoughtful and organized

Execute at a high level:

  • Increase revenue and grow new customer acquisition
  • Research and identify potential prospects within the target markets
  • Grow the top-of-funnel, finding and nurturing receptive audiences to move prospects into the buying funnel
  • Write, edit, organize and execute strategy for high-volume, targeted campaigns
  • Execute outbound email campaigns, working with the customer success team to cultivate relationships, and have quality interactions with potential customers 

Track your impact:

  • Track and report on interactions and conversion rates, along with other indicators for growth
  • Assist in project management and oversight, reporting progress to key stakeholders

What you bring to the table:
  • Passionate, all-around good person
  • You’ve had experience creating and executing sales campaigns, and using sales platforms like Salesforce 
  • Excellent collaborator, with organization and communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter; ambitious, with a growth mindset
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

Pluses:
  • You’re familiar with the hospitality industry, with knowledge of travel industry trends, terms, issues and emerging technology
  • Associates degree with a background in business, marketing, or a related discipline; or similar experience
