We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to help implement, launch and grow the Flip.to platform for our customers. You’ll do a wide variety of things, including explaining technical concepts about our platform, building and debugging integrations with customers, and producing and improving guides that help customers solve particular problems and be successful with Flip.to.
As a TSE you will:
- Understand the Flip.to platform & its public and internal code bases, enabling you to answer questions from our customers and our own internal team
- Build internal and external technical solutions to improve our platform and processes
- Participate in platform testing efforts, both identifying issues, as well as building solutions to automate testing
What you bring to the table:
- Passionate, all-around good person
- Have 2 or more years of Javascript experience
- Understand software development and have experience building web or mobile apps
- Are great at talking about technical concepts, and would be comfortable explaining how Flip.to works to both technical and non-technical audiences
Pluses:
- You’re familiar with the hospitality industry, with knowledge of travel industry trends, terms, issues and emerging technology
- Have some familiarity with GTM, big data and web analytics.
- Enjoy the puzzle of solving open-ended problems, both individually and as a member of the team
- Love constantly learning and re-learning a changing technical product, even when you’re a little out of your depth
