In Customer Success at Flip.to, help hotels, resorts, and destinations earn massive impact by tapping into the value of Flip.to—ultimately playing a key role in helping the wider travel industry rebound more quickly and profitably. 

At the same time, you’ll build relationships, helping expand our platform to all corners of the globe.

We’re looking for our next passionate, self-motivated Customer Success Manager (Bilingual / English + Spanish):

As a Customer Success Manager you will:

Establish and grow productive, professional relationships with our customers

  • Play an integral role in the effective on-boarding of new customers
  • Ensure the success of our customers on the platform
  • Help with product development efforts to best address customer needs
  • Become an expert on Flip.to and the trusted advisor to each of your customers

What you bring to the table:

  • Passionate, all-around good person
  • Bilingual, including English and Spanish
  • 2+ years experience in the hospitality industry, with strong knowledge of travel industry trends, terms, issues and emerging technology
  • Excellent collaborator and professional team player
  • Self-starter with effective communication and presentation skills

Pluses:
  • Associates degree with a background in business, marketing, or a related discipline; or similar experience
